Direct Import
A majority of our wines are directly imported from the Vineyard. This would mean no middleman, thus enabling us to bring the cost down to a reasonable price. Being the largest wine importer in Singapore with the widest range of wines to offer, we house over 1000 labels, across 80 plus well known brands from around the World. Being the official appointed importer/distributor in Singapore, our brands* are exclusive to us and can only be found in Denise retail outlets and selected non-related wine retail. Price
We offer only PREMIUM quality wines ranging from $20 up to $10,000 a bottle. We aim to offer our customers prices which are reasonable and competitive depending on the market rates. Denise is and has always been a premium wine boutique and we do not compromise the quality even on our lowly priced wines.
Quality Wines
Rest assured, all of our wines go through our rigorous tastings to ensure the wines are of excellent quality. Samples are air flown, allowed to rest and settle for some time, and later tasted by our tasting panel. Our team ensures that the wines we decide to offer always over deliver! Not convinced? By random selection, we pick out members and send them invitations to join the tastings to provide us with a feedback from a customer’s point of view!
Wine Storage
As a matter of fact, keeping wines in a proper environment and temperature is one of the most important factors in the wine business. We ensure that the cold chain does not break starting from the vineyard and all the way to your doorstep. Our wines are constantly transported by chiller trucks on land and by reefer containers on sea. Once arrived at our warehouse, they are kept chilled below 16 Degrees Celsius. When they are distributed into Denise outlets, ‘The Chain’ continues. Unlike any other wine retail, step into any one of our stores and you’ll immediately feel the difference! Although maintaining ‘The Chain’ proves to be more costly, our commitment to ensuring your wines are in perfect condition is of utmost importance. Our guarantee: We’ll replace any ‘cooked’ wine due to a fault on our part, for free!*
*official receipt must be produced upon exchange. Strictly no refund of cash. Not valid if there appears to be a break in the chain of causation due to your own fault.
Membership
Anyone is entitled to be a Denise member with a minimum purchase of $300 or above in a single receipt. As a bonus, it’s a free lifetime* membership! Members are entitled to discounts, special offers, invitations and even Birthday and Anniversary treats! Please ask our Denise outlet staffs for more details!

Throughout the year, we organize wine tastings, dinners, events and sales. This is a great opportunity for you to meet the principles (owners, export managers, winemakers and etc) and buy wines at special prices. No Corkage Fee
To be noticed is to be unique. Because we truly believe in promoting wine appreciation, we do not charge corkage fee for bottles* opened and served in our outlets! Moreover, there is no additional service charge!
*no corkage fee applies ONLY to wine brands belonging to us. Please bring along your receipt if you decide to drink your wines at any one of our outlets. No corkage fee also applies in Universal and Uluru restaurant
